How much does cleaning cost?
The price depends on the size, property type, condition and cleaning frequency. Tell us what you need — we will agree the scope and provide an individual quote before the service begins.
Can I book a one-off clean?
Yes. You can enquire about a one-off clean or a regular arrangement. We will confirm availability for your preferred date when you contact us.
Do you cover areas outside Hamburg?
We serve Hamburg and surrounding areas. Share your district or postcode and we will confirm whether we can cover your location.
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
We agree access arrangements individually. Before the first visit, we discuss keys, entry and how the premises should be secured afterwards.
Who provides cleaning products and equipment?
We agree this before preparing the quote. Let us know about delicate surfaces, manufacturers‘ care instructions and any preferences for cleaning products.
Can you clean outside office hours?
Tell us when the premises are accessible. We will agree a schedule that takes your business operations and available appointments into account.
What does post-renovation cleaning include?
The scope depends on the type of dirt and the condition of the property. We agree tasks such as removing dust from accessible surfaces and cleaning floors and rooms. Rubble removal and specialist work are not automatically included.
What should I prepare before getting in touch?
Have the location, approximate size, property type, required tasks and preferred date ready. These details help us agree the next steps.
